Over the last 25 years, I’ve financed, brokered, and appraised hundreds of properties. I’ve also invested in the property along the way. Plus, I’ve served as a lecturer at Clemson University, instructing students in the introductory Principles of Real Estate course and the more advanced Real Estate Valuation course.
